what is beautiful??

Andrew was telling me about the question that Jason Teoh has posted on his ym whether it's a fact or myth that girls usually go out with the "bad boys" but only bring home the "good boys". I'm not gonna discuss what he posted in his blog. I'm just gonna do something similar. I'll ask u what "beautiful" is in ur eyes..

What is "beautiful"??

I go to Dictionary.com and this is the answer that i got:
beautiful

adj 1: delighting the senses or exciting intellectual or emotional admiration; "a beautiful child"; "beautiful country"; "a beautiful painting"; "a beautiful theory"; "a beautiful party" [ant: ugly] 2: aesthetically pleasing 3: (of weather) highly enjoyable; "what a beautiful day"

Unsatisfied with the result that I got, I went to check out the word "beautiful" under Google Images and Yahoo! Image. There's a saying a picture worths a thousand words, isn't it?? Looking at those pictures sure help people to understand certain things more rite??

Let's just ignore the beautiful sceneries and the beautiful animals that appear alrites?? Let's just focus on people instead. Those people that appear are mostly women, kids and babies. The question I have in mind is where is the men?? Why aren't men be called beautiful then??

So what is beautiful is actually about?? Is it about the appearance or is it about the heart?? Do you called a big fat ugly woman who wear outdated clothing from the 80's but give u a smile everytime she sees u beautiful knowing how kind and how generous she is?? Or do u called an extremely pretty girl who is gorgerous looking and always wears whatever is trendy but doesn't give a damn about the falls of other people beautiful??

What inspires to think someone is beautiful or not?? The words that the person says?? The way the person moves?? The way that the person thinks?? Or is it the way the person shows hiimself??U might think ballerinas are beautiful creatures, showing her grace movements on the stage. Then how about a fat ballerina?? She might be more graceful than the rest but do u regard her as beautiful as well??

We often think a beatiful person must have a certain criterias. The person must have a sweet and charming smile, gorgeously bright eyes that seems to able to talk to you, slim figures that shows u his/her fitness, milky white skin and a friendly, cheerful attitude that draws u closer to him/her. Some people might add a beautiful heart as well that always shows care and concern on other ppl. Is that what u hv in ur mind as well?? I'm not u so I dunno ur tots and I definitely can't criticise or categorise u becos we are in a democratic country that allows u to think freely.

Sometimes people might tell u that u should go this guy or that girl bcos of their beautiful appearance and he/she matches with ur good-looking appearance. Now the question is do u take the person's advice and go for that certain person?? Just bcos it matches ur outlook and so u go for him/her?? Or do u take ur time to look for the one that u really really think suits u instead?? What if u found someone that really suits ur character but not beautiful in other ppl's eyes?? Do u still go for that person??

They said beauty is in the eye of beholder. That person is beautiful when ur heart thinks she/he is. No one should doubt on ur view bcos that's wat ur heart tells u. If u think urself as beautiful and so u are. If u think ur good friend is beautiful then he/she is. The term beautiful is not only for females, for males as well. A beautiful mind, a beautiful heart are what matters to the Mighty One up there. Lastly, no one is ugly and everyone is beautiful in the eyes of ur parents, ur siblings, ur true friends and GOD.
